Improv warmups are exercises or activities used to loosen up and stimulate creativity in individuals or groups before engaging in improvisational performances or creative tasks.
Instructions
1. Stand in a circle and establish eye contact with other participants.
2. Start with a simple warm-up exercise, such as passing an imaginary ball.
3. Each participant adds a sound or movement when passing the imaginary ball.
4. Increase the complexity by introducing multiple imaginary balls or changing the direction.
5. Gradually add more challenging warm-up exercises, such as word association or mirroring movements.
