Instructions

1. Identify the issue or emotion you want to address.

2. Rate the intensity of the issue on a scale of 0 to 10.

3. Tap the karate chop point while stating a setup phrase.

4. Tap each of the following points while stating reminder phrases.

5. Reassess the intensity level and repeat the process until it decreases significantly.

• Karate chop point: Side of the hand

• Reminder phrases: Eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, chin, collarbone, under arm, top of head.
