Proposal

UX consultation & Website design/development for Indiana lawfirm.

Site Redesign Proposal

Sharpnack Bigley, a Central Indiana-based law firm has changed locations and updated the company name and branding. The following is the proposal for a complete site redesign to modernize the firm's online presence while more accurately reflecting their brand, services, and improving service to its customers.

PART 01

Research

We would begin with a heuristic evaluation of competitive analysis of other Columbus, Indiana-based law firms in order to find out what works and what doesn't work to better inform our own design decisions.

PART 02

Design System

Provided with a redefined branding color palette and font guides, as well as example print materials, we would then apply those brand elements to the new site.

PART 03

Site Map

Based on the current site and suggestions of what could further enhance the site, below is what we suggest.

PART 04

Search Engine Optimization

SEO Keywords

Through discussions with Sharpnack & Bigley of core values, offerings, and demographic info, we would compile a comprehensive index of various optimized keywords and phrases using GPT. Additionally, we integrated Google Analytics tracking to monitor traffic. We would then incorporate those keywords into the Website's headers, body text, page titles, meta data, and articles.

Google Ratings

Additionally, we propose launching a campaign to encourage current and past clients to complete a Google Review in order to boost user interaction, a factor Google weighs very heavily in overall SEO score. For example, we could discuss incentive methods, craft the email, add review buttons to the client portal, or generate QR codes to embed in invoices.

PART 05

Site Redesign

Below is a preview of how the new website could look incorporating new branding materials. While only a speculative preview, through an in-depth process, the final version would be much more refined based on the client's needs and the suggestions of Tealix.
